Dr. Annelies Debrunner lives and works in Winterthur. She is the dedicated scientist in sociology and loves to build bridges via dialogues for and between people. Her focal points are research, science theory and counselling in the fields of employment, education, biographies, gender questions and social projects.

After various jobs as a teacher, she took up studies in sociology, history and ethnology and graduated as a doctor in sociology. Annelies Debrunner is a mother of two and enjoys her grandchildren.

For many years Dr. Debrunner has been active in research and published numerous papers, articles and books. She worked for prestige companies, Technical Colleges and Universities. She also had consignements for the “Swiss National Science Foundation” (Schweizerischer Nationalfonds) and is presently engaged in many interdisciplinary teams. Her contacts go as far as Finland. She is also a member of the advisory board of the Thurgau University of Teacher Education. Before she started her own business, she was a partner of Landert Farago Partners, Zurich and lecturer at St.Gallen University of Applied Sciences (FHS).
